Dream Boat: Sunlight and Leadlight (2022)
Collaborative exhibition with Sarah Poulgrain

This exhibition was produced as part of an extended project by Sarah Poulgrain as the first in a series of iterative projects that -- through collaborative practices -- aim to build a houseboat. 

[Dream boat will serve as both an art space and a space for Sarah to live. The aim of the project is to create a space able to be a permanent ARI ficture for Brisbane experimental art, untying the contingency of art spaces on real estate markets.]

In this iteration of Dream boat, Sarah and I produced a large glass leadlight feature for the houseboat. During the first half of the day, the solar panel & power station charged in the courtyard. During the second half of the day, the power station was wheeled inside and powered an LED light shining through the structure.
